Final Thoughts

Newcomers or experienced aromatherapists will enjoy more about the chemistry of essential oils derived from plants and trees of nature. Some books will discuss hydrosols also known as floral waters, flower waters, hydroflorates, or distillates from steam distilling. Hydrosols are not as concentrated as 100% pure essential oils. If you use diffusers, you will want to use 100% pure essential oils not floral waters.

Do research on your own, read customer reviews, and be well with aromatherapy.
