This unit is very compatible for crawl spaces and basements that seem to have the most humidity.

The Hisense model DH-70KP1SDLE is a 2-speed white dehumidifier with built-in pump, for removing the condensation and is ENERGY STAR^® certified. In 24-hours, this unit will remove up to 70-pints of moisture from the air. This unit is very compatible for crawl spaces and basements that seem to have the most humidity. The unit has a digital LED display control panel with the pump functions on top of the unit. There are 3 modes of operation: manual set, continuous, and auto dry. It has a humidistat to show the relative humidity and time.

The pump sends the water upward for continual drainage out through the window or into a sink with a 3/8-inch outside diameter garden hose (not included). A 20-foot length of tubing is included. When you press the pump button on the top control panel, water will be pumped through a small fitting on the back. When you turn the pump off, the unit will use gravity to feed the water from the garden hose fitting that will use the floor drain.

The washable air filter uses a light to indicate when to clean the filter. The caster wheels provide easy moving from place to place, and the fan and compressor automatically turns off when your area attains your preferred level of humidity. A programmable 24-hour on/off timer, adjustable humidistat, and full-tank alert/shutoff is another feature of the Hisense dehumidifier.

You will find a power cord storage area for putting away the unit when not in use.

Turn on the dehumidifier when the fan pulls the moisture in the air sending it through coils that condense and remove the moisture. You will feel dry warm air from the top vent. You will have the continuous drain option with a garden hose (not included). The washable air filter on the front collects dust and other particles from the air.

The ergo side handles permits easy water disposal from the tank. The front water indicator light will notify you when the tank is full with an alert sound as well. The Comfort-Aire^® Energy Star^® certified model BHD701H stone white dehumidifier provides you the best comfort when it removes 70 pints of moisture from the air each day with the built-in pump. It comes with a plastic tube for removing the water. A garden hose can be used (not included) for direct draining into a sink or drain. The gravity function will also fill the water tank located in the lower front. The water can run through the pump hose or it can be collected in the removable water reservoir.

The built-in pump is self-priming to remove moisture from the air. The unit has caster wheels to move from room to room and it is efficient and quiet. The pump flow rate is 0.02-0.03 and the pump GPM lift-head is 16.4-feet with the included pump drain hose of 16-feet in length.

A light indicator lets you know when the water is full and you can see the water level. The unit automatically shuts off when the water bucket is full. The warm air is discharged from the top and 12-inches should be allowed around the sides of the unit. The digital touchpad control is labeled to understand and is located on the top of the dehumidifier. The two-speed turbo fan is quiet moving the air.
